Russell de Pina is a technology leader with deep expertise in cloud architecture, software engineering, and IoT product development. He has held principal engineering roles at Microsoft and AWS, driving innovation in cloud-native platforms, application modernization, and large-scale migration projects. Russell excels at building and leading high-performing technical teams, delivering transformative SaaS and IoT solutions, and mentoring developers to drive business outcomes. His achievements include architecting mission-critical products for industry giants such as General Electric, General Motors, and Honeywell, and contributing to product launches and migrations on Azure and AWS. As Director of Engineering for Control Company, Russell created TraceableLIVE, an IoT platform for connected environmental sensors, which was acquired by Antilya Scientific in 2017, creating a successful exit for Control Company’s investors. Russell is also a co-inventor on U.S. patent (USPTO 4,571,7244) for digital logic device testing.
